I placed my *st mail order with OptumRx today. When I received my confirmation email I was surprised to see that they used a former employers address (from * years ago) instead of the address which I provided to them, my current home address. I called customer service and they said that they saw my current Bothell address on their screen, but that they also saw my old employers address as the default address and had difficulty changing that address. They said the screen kept defaulting back to the incorrect Lynnwood address. I've never ever ordered medication from OptumRx before and have never provided my former employers address. I'm very concerned that my very necessary medication will be sent to the wrong address.
