You can check the status of your prescription order by logging into your online OptumRx account. From there, you can view the details of your order, including when it was processed, shipped, or delivered. Additionally, you can contact our customer service team for assistance in tracking your order if you do not have access to the online portal. Please have your prescription number and personal information ready when reaching out for support.
