This is October * i’ve been on the phone with afternoon * o’clock in the morning I’ve been transferred *** times each person second and then they transfer me the last time we got disconnected at **:** AM I was on the phone again now was going to be a ** minute wait I can’t spend. On the phone hi services disconnected last night are you by mistake I want my service back on as soon as possible it’s not my fault I moved my morning Partman to another apartment in the same building I did this on September ** I thought I would need technician from Optima to re-hook me up where I did not I was told the technician will come out on September ** however on September ** Optima discount it disconnected me thinking I was in the old room of *** when I was in the new room of ***A The super hooked me up and everything was fine until Cable disconnected me all I want is for you to reconnect friend as you can see I’ve been on the phone nonstop with Cable for four hours in ** minutes I do have a life after Cable and I have to tend to I’m asking you to please re-hook me up on Cable my name is James Bodie my phone number is ***-***-**** my address is *** deer Park Ave. Dix Hills, NY ***** again I started calling Cable at ** minutes after eight this morning was transferred six times please give me some consideration and re Hook my cable up do you have all the information you need I must go to the doctors now I have an appointment and I push back for an hour but I have to go leave soon please help me please help me
