You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Hi, My name is Thomas Blackwell and my account number is **************. I've been trying to contact optimum thru phone multiple times and the first time I had a call back call that took * hours to call me back just to let me know it was after hours and the call hung up. Then the second call I decided to stay on hold and was kept on hold for * * plus hours. So now I'm reaching out via online in hopes for quicker customer service than previously before. *My actual problem is that I received a bill in the mail for $*** when I was told my monthly bill should be around $**. When I ordered my wifi box, I paid a one time fee of $*** for an installation fee, taxes and etc. So I am confused as to why on the next months bill I'm being charged ANOTHER installation fee of $**, I'm confused what optimum *** is which is $**, what is Altice Gateway which is $**, and what is Optimum Voice which is $**? I'm really confused on all of these charges when I should only be paying for wifi internet ONLY nothing extra. Please get back to me promptly because this bill is due today May **th and I want to solve this problem expeditiously and make sure my bill is paid and I am paying the correct amount.
