There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

We have now spent * hours out of our day trying to speak to someone in billing. Our services were turned off and you have had our payment for over a week. We pay by SUA. We have spoken too at least * ppl who said there is no way to get intouch with billing. What kind of business is this? We have been told someone will return our call. Nothing! Our operation is at a stand still because someone at your location did not do there job. Why should my business suffer? Our account * is ****.
