I have pogo energy. I was out of town where I didn't have cell service till around *pm today. My service was disconnected but I paid my bill around *pm today and was told service would be back in within * to * hours. I just got back home and my service is still off. I tried to report power outage on oncors website but can't because it's showing my service hasn't been restored. Now I can't get ahold of service provider as they are closed. My electricity was paid long before they closed and I want to know how to get it back on. I have company in from out of town with me and need it back in tonight please. I even paid my electricity bill twice to make sure it has been noted on my account and now I'm over positive on my account I know these meters are All done be automated system so I need to know why it's not been restored and when it will be.
GetHuman1400626 did not yet indicate what Oncor should do to make this right.
