There is an issue with a pole in front of my residence at [redacted] West Broad Street in Mansfield, TX. The wires connected to the pole appear to enter my home. A tree in front of my house has grown around these wires and needs trimming. I am unsure if the wires are still active. Some wires hang from the pole, touching the ground or leading to the house's roof. It is challenging to determine if they are live wires. The tree requires maintenance, but I am worried about the safety of anyone trimming it, especially with branches possibly pulling the wires down during a storm. I recently sold my property at [redacted] Stanolind Ave, Midland TX [redacted] and had TruPower service. The new owner tried to switch to Reliant but encountered a switch hold on the account, leaving them without electricity. The last bill was paid on May 23, [redacted] for $[redacted].86 due to a fine from a repair incident. How can we assist the new owner in this situation?

I experienced a power outage while sleeping, and it came back on when I woke up. However, it has gone out again just now, and I received the standard automated texts from the company. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened in the past week, even though there is no bad weather in our area. The texts seem inaccurate and frustrating. I wish to speak to a customer representative to understand what is happening.

We are experiencing a persistent outage in our building that was scheduled to be repaired last night. Despite neighboring buildings having their power restored, we are still without electricity. There have been conflicting messages about the estimated time of repair, with initial notifications stating it would be fixed by 8:30 pm then 2:30 am. After waking up to discomfort, I reached out again only to be informed that there were no reported outages. Urgent resolution is essential.
