The issue in GetHuman-pjumpr's own words
I spoke with one of your reps last week about a charge to my wife's card of $**.**. Our free * months for our new vehicle had ended. I set up a new plan and changed to my card for monthly billing of $**.**. I was offered a refund of $**.** at first and then asked for a full refund of the $**.** since the new plan had started with a new payment instrument. Your rep. after conferring on your side, agreed to the full refund. She received $**.**.*I need to know why we received only a partial refund after I was told over a personal call we would receive a complete refund.
GetHuman-pjumpr did not yet indicate what OnStar should do to make this right.
