Yesterday morning, I logged onto the app and tried responding to a message. The type*text box to respond did not appear like it normally does so I closed the app and re-opened it a few times, still no luck. Then I logged out and deleted the app in the hopes that re-downloading it would fix the issue. When I tried to log back in, the app is telling me that my email is invalid. It is the same email address that I made the profile with and had been successfully using on the app with for the past * -* months. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I also tried calling and the automated voice said that your customer service department is closed but I can not find the hours for customer service help anywhere on your site.
