For the last time. You cancelled the sale and my payment from being deposited into my acct AFTER it was shipped bc a government issued id was not submitted due to a faulty notification link that wont open and allow me to submit a government issue ID. The buyer has had my merchandise for a week now and I have yet to receive any money for my sale. This has been going on for days . I receive no help only emails asking if the ussue us resolved that I have replied NO to everytime. Am U going to have to contact a lawyer and get legal help from a company that does not even offer a customer service phone number.

I am trying to obtain my payment for my items that have been shipped and received by the buyer. A week ago ... I shipped my items out to buyer. Buyer received their package and confirmed. The pending ampunt of money to be deposited into my account was now missing and showed zero balance and that I had successfully cancelled the sale. I did not cancel the sale. So where is my money for the sale?? My buyer has gotten my merchandise for free?? I would appreciate hearing back from someone soon with an explanation and steps we need to take to get the money I am owed.
