i subscribed to offerups * day free trial - and went to cancel it on the second day after deciding i didn't want to continue w membership*didn't have the money to pay monthly membership* but couldn't find anywhere to cancel it -- i looked online and found that many people were having this same problem -- they all recommended emailing offer up and shared that offer up helped them cancel*refund the subscription -- i went thru and emailed offerup and explained my circumstances - they responded with directions to cancel the subscription, which i did - but it was already past my * days so my account was charged the $** fee -- i responded asking for their help with a refund and didn't hear back, i followed up, and didn't hear back. im frustrated because i spent time trying to cancel before the * days like they said i could and wasn't able to - and then didn't receive a reply until it was too late and my account was already charged. with my current financial situation i really need that money refunded but am now not getting a response from the company. thanks so much.
