A buyer placed an order to be shipped. I was given an invalid mailing label purchased by the buyer through OfferUp. Being invalid, I was forced to pay $**.** for shipping. I had charged $***.** for my item, OfferUp took $**.**, then left me with an invalid label costing me $**.**. The buyer agreed to repay me after they were able to have the money refunded. They were unsuccessful. Immediately after buying a new label, l notified OfferUp and buyer both of the new tracking number, and both acknowledge the change. However, OfferUp never corrected the problem on their end. The buyer recieved their item satisfactorily on the **th December, ****. After the * day lapse and since, OfferUp has not released payment to me and will not reply to my daily inquiries as to the status like they continue to assert as their intent. This is unacceptable in every professional manner, on every professional level. I require my deposit made immediately to the account on file. The order number provided by OfferUp is ******. I think my time and effort has done the required legwork of OfferUp, and my detailed explanation should render this issue culpable to the extent that it's corrected without much effort.
