I have a few questions regarding my listings. Firstly, how can I remove an item that has been posted for a long time without being sold? Secondly, what is the process for promoting a listing that has been there for several months and how can I pay for it? I believe my advertising has been ineffective and I would either like a refund for the promotion or for the listing to be re-posted correctly as a new listing. Additionally, I am wondering why there is no customer service contact number available and how I will be notified of a response to my inquiries. In my opinion, listings that do not sell should be automatically deleted after 30 days to allow for a new listing opportunity.

Hello, I tried to cancel a promotion today, but couldn't find the option to do so on your app. $19.99 was deducted from my account because of this. The individual, Mr. Scott Rudduck, falsely claims that I took his money without completing the job. I find it inappropriate for OfferUp to host such posts, as the platform is intended for selling items, not for defamatory purposes. I have consulted with my attorney, who has indicated that this post should not be allowed as the court case outcome is pending. I kindly request OfferUp to remove the post titled "rebar." I signed up for a free trial promotion on OfferUp, but it ended up charging me $19.99 because I couldn't figure out how to unsubscribe. I find it absurd that I was billed $19.99 when I was only trying to sell a $20 pair of shoes - it just doesn't make sense. I want a refund promptly to my account. I have screenshots showing that you listed two separate subscriptions - one was the trial for the free promotion and the other is a monthly subscription. OfferUp seems to make it deliberately challenging to reach them and cancel a free trial, leading to automatic charges for customers. I was disappointed with this experience. I still have not sold the $20 pair of shoes, and I demand the $20 refund that was renewed without my consent or the option to unsubscribe. I already submitted a request for a refund, but I haven't received the confirmation email promised. I have screenshots to support my case. Please, do the right thing and refund my money promptly.

I was recently banned from your site due to an incident with a seller. I had been interested in purchasing a ring from the seller who claimed it was lost. Despite assurances that he would let me know once the ring was found, he did not respond to my messages. One day, after confronting him about his unresponsiveness and false advertising, he marked the ring as sold without informing me it was already sold to someone else. I expressed my frustration at his actions, only to be called names and subsequently banned from the site. It seems unjust that I was penalized for the seller's misleading behavior. I have received part of the items I purchased on OfferUp, but one item is missing a crucial piece. I contacted the seller who promised to ship the missing piece, but it has been over a week and I still have not received it. I am disappointed with the seller and OfferUp's response. This is my second claim as the first one was closed with no resolution. I have provided photos and conversations with the seller. Please reopen the claim and review the issue. The Beaba cooker is fine, but the pouch maker is not functional without the missing piece. The shipping label provided did not work at my shipping company. I would like a functional label and a refund as the item is unusable in its current state. Thank you.

I strive to be reliable and responsive, yet some buyers fail to show up or simply vanish without a word, showing no respect for my time. I advocate for the ability to rate all users involved in a transaction, regardless of its completion status. It is crucial for buyers and sellers to understand that they will be rated, encouraging them to communicate if circumstances change or they have a change of heart. Implementing a feature where potential buyers and sellers can be rated would greatly alleviate frustrations like mine and enhance the overall selling experience. I successfully sold and shipped 3 bottles of CREED fragrance promptly after the sale was confirmed by OfferUp. Two bottles were shipped together on the first day, and the third was sent the next day, all reaching the customers within 3 days of the initial sale. All three buyers have reached out to express their satisfaction with the product, packaging, and service.
One of the customers, "Hak," has informed me of difficulties releasing my payment through OfferUp. I had set up Instant payment in advance of any sales. Due to an urgent situation, I am in need of the pending payment of $[redacted].71 to be released promptly.

I recently received a product that was delivered by the post office after a delay of 3 days. Living in a congested area, the post office often holds back delivery for safety reasons, causing confusion with the status of the packages. Despite my complaints about this issue, it still occurs. Unfortunately, in this case, the delayed delivery caused me to miss the buyer protection claim window. Upon inspecting the product, I discovered it is counterfeit. I recently bought a BRAND NEW Guess Breast Cancer Awareness Watch on OfferUp, but when it arrived, I was disappointed. The watch was covered in fingerprints and already ticking, which is unusual for a new watch. I'm concerned about the battery life since it was supposed to be a gift for my Mom fighting breast cancer. I have been waiting for several days for my payment to process after sending the purchased item. The buyer has approved and rated me. Recently, I received a notification that my payment was in process, which was followed by another notification yesterday claiming the money had been deposited into my account. However, upon checking with my bank, they confirmed there were no holds on my account and suggested the money may not have been sent at all. I am puzzled why I received an email stating the money was deposited when it hasn't reflected in my account yet. This is the fifth email over a week, and I am yet to receive any resolution from the company. OfferUp, you need to address this issue promptly.

Additionally, I made a purchase on the platform, but now I'm unable to respond to the seller. I recently shipped a package using your service and also used the shipping label provided. Today, upon delivery, the mail carrier claimed the buyer owed $10. This is confusing as the package's weight should not have exceeded the $7.00 estimated shipping cost.
I attempted to reach out to USPS, but faced a lengthy wait time due to being at work. As this issue likely relates to the Offerup printed label, I urgently require assistance to rectify this situation. It is unjust for the customer to incur additional charges when shipping was already paid for. Furthermore, it is concerning that I may need to pay to have the package returned if the customer refuses delivery.

I purchased an Apple MacBook Pro from a seller named Marco, his username MAC2MAC. It's been 2 months since the purchase, and I've been waiting for a response from OfferUp after reporting the issue. Marco claimed to work for Apple, offering products at a discount. He pre-installed software, but now the laptop won't turn on. The screen displays green lines on the Apple logo and then goes to a white screen. I've tried contacting him without success since OfferUp deleted the conversation thread. I believe he deliberately misled me. I hope OfferUp can help me locate him or cover repair costs. No formal agreement was made during the transaction.
