Good morning. *I sent a package exactly how your website suggests the buyer received it on friday which I got a confirmation of delivery now on Monday she is staying she wants a refund d because she was not happy with how it was sent. When I questioned her about packaging she then stated it has black marks which I have pictures of prior to delivering with no said marks again bringing this to her attention she then says its false advertising because it had no shoulder strap which we never stated had nor does it show in any of the photos published. Again I explain this to her and she now says it's to small and wants her money back. I do not feel she should get her money back for the reasons she is claiming. What is proper procedure as this is the first time I've used this site.
