I cannot setup an email account on a Nokia 2780 flip phone

phone frozen and can't get to password screen

It seems that your Nokia smartphone is experiencing a freeze or crash. Try performing a soft reset which will not delete any data. Simply press and hold the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until your phone vibrates. Then release the power button and keep holding the volume up button until the phone restarts. If the phone still doesn't work, perform a hard reset. Remember though, this will erase everything on the phone. To do this, turn off the phone, then hold the volume down button & the power button simultaneously until you feel a vibration. Once you feel the vibration, release only the power button & keep holding the volume down button until you see an exclamation mark. After that, press - volume up>volume down>power>volume down. Your phone should now reset and restart itself.

Forgot the screen pin code I need the PUK code for it

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code since it is a security feature of your network operator. PUK codes are linked directly to your SIM card, not the phone itself. If you've entered your PIN code incorrectly three times, your device will require your PUK code. For this, you need to contact your mobile network provider in order to get the PUK code. They'll be able to provide you with this after verifying your account information. Remember not to randomly guess your PUK code, as getting it wrong too many times can permanently block your SIM card.
