Nextdoor - Posting made by David Dewey has slandered and caused defamation of character on myself. His statements is not the entire truth. I asked that he delete the post. I am a Realtor and everyone whom knows me knows my dog. Therefore, they know me. He named the company I work for! He is costing me business as well as mental effects, etc. *I can see if someone stated they would not recommend a company. But this guy just wants to tarnish my image. I have made offers to correct the issue. He wants me to pay for the carpet (as posted in his pictures). *st of all the carpet is ** years old and was worn badly and needed replaced anyway. *He doesn’t want to pro rate or discuss He just wants new carpet and for me to pay for it. Renters dont replace or repair things when they move out. Mr. Drewey and his wife were best of friends and this whole house thing was a business deal. *Another example of him going broke. The Smoke Detectors Expired. I notified the Dewey’s. They told me they would order more if I would take each Smoke Detector. I did as asked. I even called Brink ( Manufacturer)they said they have to be replaced. The Dewey’s told me they would order via Amazon. Which they didn’t. My dog and myself lived in the house without Smoke Detectors..., that’s against the law!*Bottom line Mr. Dewey’s post better be deleted! *Please let me know when this is handled.
