How do I register at a new address? I am continually sent back to my old address

If you've moved and need to register a new address on Nextdoor, you would first need to navigate to your account settings. Under 'Your Locations', choose 'Add a new location' and enter your new address. Choose whether you would like to confirm via postcard, phone or credit card, and then follow the instructions on the site. Please note, if your new home isn't in the same neighborhood as your old one, you'll need to create a new Nextdoor account. How can I only use my last name initial, instead of using the entire name?

On Nextdoor, safety and trust are very important. To maintain this, each member is required to use their real name and verify their address. However, depending on the local policies for your neighborhood network, you may be able to display just the first initial of your last name. To do this, contact Nextdoor Support to adjust your name settings. If your request can be accommodated, Nextdoor Support will apply the change for you. Please do note that this option is not available in all areas and circumstances due to varying policies and regulations.

My account was suspended until April 15th. Today is April 15th and I am not able to log in to my account.

Would like to cancel my advertising but no option to remove credit card. This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to your profile settings and navigate to the payments section. Here, you can remove the payment method associated with your account. To stop advertising, you need to pause or delete your current campaigns. If you've scheduled future campaigns, make sure to cancel those as well. Please note, some transactions might still process after the card is removed if they were initiated prior to the removal of your card. I am trying to set up a next-door account at my holiday home and not having any success as it defaults to my normal address. Please can you help

This is to ensure that everyone on Nextdoor is a verified resident of the neighborhoods that they're participating in. So unfortunately, you can't have a separate account for your holiday home. However, you can follow the public posts from your holiday home neighborhood by finding it in the Nearby Neighborhoods feature on Nextdoor.
