One of our condos was listed 'for sale' on Nextdoor, without the permission of the owner! This is the letter I sent to the realtor and the reply I recvd....**Dawn,**I am one of the Directors of the Victoria Place ***ociation, Inc., where one of the properties, that you listed for sale, is part of our community.**I asked the owner of **** s. **th St., Franklin, who is a pretty close friend, as well, about this 'listing'.**He was not happy, not having given permission to have his home listed on a site he had not even known about!**Should you come across any properties from our Condo ***ociation, in the future, you MUST get written permission from that owner before listing it on Nextdoor? The property numbers for our complex run from **** to **** S. **th St.**If you have any questions or concerns on this topic, feel free to contact me through the Nextdoor site or by email @ *****@***.com.**Sincerely, **Judith A. Freimark,*Director - Victoria Place ***ociation, Inc.**NOTE: This condo is not on the market at this time, having already been sold.*Dawn Kamalian S****west Realtors***Judy,**I am terribly sorry for the confusion. I checked on the MLS and the property is currently on the market and has an accepted offer on it. The listings come from Nextdoor which pulls the information from the MLS. I do not choose the listings that are featured. I purchased this subscription, because I am a longtime resident of Franklin and specialize in the Franklin market. ** There a total of * agents per area that purchased these subscriptions, and we do not have control over the listings. I would suggest that you contact Nextdoor, to clarify this and have your listings in your complex not included in this program. If you have any problems please let me know and I can see what I can do to help protect your ***ociation.**Thank you,*Dawn Kamalian*Fulltime Residential Realtor*------------------------*We expect the privacy of our Owners to be respected...and this form of advertising*retail sale is unacceptable.**Judy Freimark*Director, Victoria Place ***ociation, Inc.******@***.com****-***-****
