I have a query regarding item number 9SIA7BP7E23285 on your website. It appears that there are two sellers offering this item - one is Action Packaged and the other is Class One from China. Due to a bad experience with Action Packaged, I am hesitant to order from them. I tried contacting Class One about the item for my Moto X 1st gen [redacted] case but have not received a response in 4 days. I need assurance that I will receive the correct item before placing an order. Can you assist in ensuring the availability of this case and its accurate shipment? Delivery Assistance Request: I recently purchased a Dell XPS on December 2nd with order number [redacted]59. I have paid for delivery scheduled for Wednesday afternoon on December 4th. I reside on the top floor of a 3-level older townhouse in Chicago/Hyde Park. For the delivery, I kindly request USPS (not UPS) to handle it as they have access to the outside door and can securely leave the package in the mailbox area due to concerns about theft. I was trying to cancel an order for a mouse, but I changed my mind about using the card I initially used. The company informed me that the product is already with the courier and cannot be canceled at the moment. They advised me to return it once I receive it if I'm not satisfied. Is returning the only option for cancellation?

I purchased a motherboard from Easternstar on Newegg Market on 12/5. The order was received Order #: [redacted]34, but the tracking number 1Z765390YW[redacted]6 shows it was shipped to Florida instead of Lynnwood, WA. After realizing the error, I reached out to the seller, but after reading reviews, I suspect they are not trustworthy. They mentioned a glitch and provided a new tracking number 1Z06R1V[redacted]6, now being sent to the correct address. However, I no longer wish to proceed with this purchase due to the seller's questionable practices. I would like assistance in canceling the order and receiving a refund, as I have already placed a new order for the same item from Newegg.

I received a power supply in the mail, in a Newegg box, but I did not order it from Newegg. My email does not show any recent orders from Newegg. This is regarding a purchase from Michael E. Mayfield, the last 4 digits on the card used are [redacted]. I did order the same power supply from Amazon, and I received it on time, also in a Newegg box. I would appreciate any insight on this situation and confirmation if my card has been charged.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Newegg regarding invoice #[redacted]12. I placed an order just before Christmas with expedited shipping to receive it before Christmas Eve, as promised on the website. However, I was disappointed to see the status stuck on "label created" for three days. Despite being reassured multiple times via chat and phone that the order was on its way, it did not arrive on time as guaranteed. The lack of transparency was frustrating, with delays only being acknowledged after several days. To add to the frustration, the power supply unit received was missing the wall plug, forcing me to purchase one separately. Although I was refunded the expedited shipping fee, I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience caused. In contrast, my experience with Microcenter on Black Friday was exceptional, as they replaced a CPU with bent pins at no additional cost. Newegg's poor service has cost me a smooth Christmas gift exchange for my niece, prompting me to shift my future business primarily to Microcenter unless Newegg can rectify this disappointing experience.

We need to verify if it includes a Display Port or Mini-Display Port that is compatible with the Oculus Rift S. Our current laptop lacks the necessary port, resulting in insufficient power to properly display video on the VR headset, limiting it to audio only. There are two listings on Newegg for the AMD Ryzen 5 3600x processor. One option is a new retail box priced at $[redacted] with free shipping and includes a heatsink/fan combo. The other choice is an OEM pull priced at $[redacted] with $8 shipping, but it does not include a heatsink/fan combo. Both options are sold and shipped by Newegg directly. It is interesting to note that the OEM pull, which is missing additional items, is priced higher than the retail box version.

It has been a while since my last purchase from Newegg. I recently realized that Newegg has started to integrate "other sellers" into their platform, affecting the overall experience. It's disappointing to see the shift from the excellent service Newegg once provided. Having to select 'sold by Newegg' for prompt shipping and better customer service is not ideal. While I understand the move is to offer a wider range of products, I feel Newegg should focus on being unique instead of emulating eBay or Amazon. With the absence of NCIX, Newegg could step in to fill that gap and cater to customers seeking PC parts. The changes are quite noticeable. Best regards, C. M.

I recently purchased a GTX [redacted] Super from Deal Targets on Newegg. It has been a month, and the item has not been shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but my credit card has already been charged. The return policy states I have 13 days left to request a refund, although I haven't received the package yet. It is concerning as other customer reviews suggest the item might not even be in stock. I am Michael Allen. I purchased a Mac Pro 5,1 for $[redacted].99 with order # [redacted]49 on May 22nd. The computer was supposed to be shipped by another company within 3 business days as per your advertisement. However, my $[redacted].99 was taken immediately, authorized the same day, and processed the next day. Today is May 27th, and after five days, the Mac Pro has not been shipped. If it doesn't ship by the end of today, I will request a cancellation and a full refund. If payment processing was quick, why is shipping taking so long? The estimated arrival date is June 1st, but I highly doubt that will happen. I am extremely disappointed.

I recently bought a new desktop PC setup that included a motherboard, CPU, RAM, and m.2 hard drive to upgrade my old PC. After setting everything up, I encountered various issues like blue screens, loading problems, and random crashes. Despite swapping out other components, I suspect the CPU might be the issue. I've tried different motherboards, a new power supply, RAM, video cards, and even a different operating system, but the problems persist. Although I couldn't find my order to submit a return on the website, I assume it's due to a partial refund for missing thermal paste. I would like assistance on how to exchange the CPU, which seems to be causing all the troubles.

I have been a loyal customer of Newegg for over a decade and have always been happy with the prices and customer service. However, my recent order with Order numbers [redacted]83, [redacted], and [redacted] has been disappointing. Dealing with third-party vendors has been frustrating as one order was shipped by a vendor that provided no tracking information, and another Newegg's order was mishandled. After multiple unhelpful interactions on the chat line, I called customer service. The experience was underwhelming, with misleading information on contacting third-party vendors and a lack of resolution on my Newegg order. The supervisor's promises for expedited shipping were not fulfilled, resulting in a claim process that further delayed my order. Today, another supervisor offered little reassurance, leaving me unsatisfied. As a former retail business owner, I value customer service above all else. I expect the items I paid for to arrive promptly and in good condition. My trust in Newegg's customer service has been shaken, and I hope improvements are made to avoid tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise excellent company.

I never received my package from Guangzhou, China that I ordered on Newegg. After investigating the seller reviews, it seems they are running a scam where they send an empty box to a different address in Texas no matter where you are. The tracking info provided was fake, as it shows delivery to Dallas, TX, not my address. The order number was Order#[redacted]19, with invoice number [redacted]84, totaling over $[redacted]. The scammers might have deleted the order number to prevent refunds. I hope Newegg can assist me with this issue soon. Thank you for your help.

My power supply keeps shutting off on the new computer I received from ABS. After trying various fixes for issues unrelated to the power supply, I discovered online that many others have experienced the same problem with the EVGA 850W Supernova GA 80 Plus Gold power supply and Nvidia 3k series cards. It's frustrating to encounter this issue on a prebuilt unit where I expected any common problems to be addressed during assembly. The computer is currently unable to run almost any games, so I am requesting a replacement power supply of equal wattage to resolve the issue. I am willing to undergo any necessary diagnostics or tests, but I simply want the computer I bought less than two weeks ago to function properly.

I purchased the product on May 6th, but it didn't arrive until June 14th, which was frustrating. After installing it according to the manuals, it worked for a few weeks before experiencing issues. It began crashing programs or even resulting in the Blue Screen of Death on Windows. Despite trying various solutions, it seems the problem lies with the graphics card. I am looking to return it, but I no longer have the original packaging. I have a return label and the product in its original condition. I reached out to the marketplace seller, Walmart Electronic, through Newegg for a return due to the defective product, but they declined without the original packaging. I made a purchase from Newegg on November 30th and opted for next-day shipping. Although the item was shipped on the 1st and is actively being tracked, it did not arrive yesterday as expected, on the 2nd. Given the extra fee for expedited shipping, I am hoping we can reach a compromise for a partial refund on the shipping cost. I purchased a video card with expedited shipping and was promised same-day delivery, but UPS now says the delivery will be on December 14th. This is too late for me as I am leaving for a trip on December 13th and will not return until January 9, [redacted]. I want a refund promptly as I paid for the same-day delivery and need my money back without delay.
