I am dissatisfied with Newegg regarding my recent order of computer components totaling over $[redacted] placed under order numbers [redacted]49 and [redacted]9. Initially, the order was placed on 9/27, and only a part of it arrived on 9/29, with the remainder arriving much later on 10/5, causing a delay in assembling my computer. The situation worsened when the motherboard was found to be dead on arrival upon assembly. After contacting customer service (specifically Michelle) on 10/8, I was informed that a replacement couldn't be sent until the defective one was returned. Despite ensuring the return, delays continued, and even though the replacement was said to be shipped by 10/15, as of now, it has not been dispatched. This prolonged process has left me without a functioning computer for almost a month, and I am deeply dissatisfied with Newegg's service in handling this matter. Regards, I. G.

I ordered a set of two travel mugs and pour-over filter holders but only received one of each. I contacted customer service after receiving half of my order. However, the response email was hard to understand. I also emailed the company following the instructions on the packing slip. I haven't received any further response from them. We also requested an address change to [redacted] SW Murray Blvd Apt [redacted], Beaverton, OR [redacted] for Rim Tamour. However, we were informed that the address couldn't be changed and were advised to reorder, which we prefer not to do. We paid [redacted] Saudi riyal and are seeking a resolution, either a refund, address change to Beaverton, OR, or an alternative solution. I attempted to buy a graphics card but encountered a frustrating issue. After going through the entire process of entering my credit card details, address, and creating a new account, the product was unexpectedly removed from my cart in the final step. How can this happen at the last stage after collecting my payment information? I tried calling your customer service at [redacted] multiple times, but there was no response on the other end. Frustrated, I then attempted the chat option and found myself 240th in line. After waiting nearly an hour, I had to give up. I experienced significant delays when trying to reach customer service through the chat support at newegg.com. After waiting over 3 hours on chat and then an additional 2 hours on the phone without resolution, I was frustrated. My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday, but it did not arrive as promised, and the tracking information disappeared. The estimated delivery date is now Monday. I was informed that the delay was due to Black Friday, which is not a satisfactory reason for the inconvenience caused. I requested to cancel my order but was told I would have to wait for the undelivered part to be returned before a refund could be processed, with no guarantee of when that would happen. This lack of control over my order and funds is unacceptable. The customer service representative's offer of a $10 promo does not make up for the poor service and lack of accountability. As someone with customer service experience, I have never encountered such inadequate service. These issues must be addressed promptly and effectively.

I placed an order on 11/21/18 with Egg Saver 4-7 day shipping, but the item has not arrived as of 12/4/18. It was shipped on 11/24/18, which is outside the two-day processing window, especially frustrating for items with faster shipping options. The shipping information was lost for almost a week, and the delivery is now scheduled for 12/5/18. This experience with FedEx Smart Post is far from satisfactory, extending a promised one-week delivery to two weeks is disheartening. As a loyal customer of over ten years, it is disappointing to encounter these issues now. I have placed another order for different parts and hope for smoother delivery this time.

The option was available while I was adding items to my cart, but disappeared during checkout. I recently purchased an MSI GL63 8RE-[redacted] on sale from the Newegg website, and it was delivered today (Thursday 3/14/19). Unfortunately, upon trying to charge it, I realized that it wasn't recognizing the charger at all. After investigating, it seems that the laptop came with a required 180W charger, but the one included in the box was only a 65W charger. This lower wattage meant that the laptop couldn't even register that it was plugged in, let alone charge properly. Despite being an Open Box purchase, I believe that receiving the incorrect charger was due to negligence rather than it being an open item. It seems like the wrong charger was included by mistake, possibly just picked because it physically fit the outlet without consideration for the necessary power output. For a gaming laptop like this, it needs a current of around 5 Amps, while the charger sent with it only has a maximum output of 3.34 Amps.

I purchased an MSI GL** *RE-*** from Newegg on sale, and it was delivered today. However, it doesn't charge when turned on and doesn't recognize being plugged in. After some investigation, it turns out the laptop was supplied with the incorrect charger. The laptop needs a ***W charger, but a **W charger was included, and the current is too low for it to function or charge properly. This Open Box purchase should not have resulted in receiving an inadequate charger due to oversight. I suspect they may have packed the first available charger that seemed to fit. For a gaming laptop like this, it requires a higher current than the *.** Amps offered by the charger provided. I genuinely like the laptop but will call to request a replacement charger tomorrow.

I purchased an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X which was supposed to come with a free copy of Division 2. However, after receiving the order confirmation email, I noticed it was missing from my Newegg order. Despite being advised to check for stock updates daily, I was unable to secure the game. Although I am aware that the phone hours may be limited currently, I am eager to receive my copy of Division 2.

Regarding UPS tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted], I reside in Northern Indiana. The specified package originated from the Indianapolis warehouse but has been rerouted to UPS's hub in Columbus, OH, where it has remained for nearly four days. According to the UPS website, the expected delivery date is Saturday, April 27. It seems unnecessary for packages from Indianapolis bound for locations in Indiana to detour through Columbus, OH, resulting in such a delay. Requesting consideration for more efficient in-state deliveries or providing customers with the option to select their preferred carrier. Previously, I received a package from the Indianapolis warehouse via FedEx and it arrived the next day, as I am only [redacted] miles away.

I purchased 2 open-box Asus items from Newegg, and Asus informed me that the warranties are only for 90 days, not the standard 3 years. I reached out to Squaretrade, and they mentioned that I needed to buy their plans at the time of purchase from Newegg. However, this information was not included in the open-box disclaimer.
Newegg typically allows 30 days to purchase a Squaretrade plan, and their website states that they cover refurbished items from Newegg. Since I have not received the items yet, I believe I should be able to buy the plans for them now.
If I had known about this in advance, I would have purchased the plans during the order. I am disappointed that there was no prior notice about the limited warranties. I saved only $50 in total compared to buying them new. Now, I may have to return them for a refund and pay $25 each to extend the warranties to 3 years with Asus. Allowing me to purchase the warranties now would greatly simplify this process. Thank you.

I bought a $[redacted] Home Depot eGift card from Newegg on July 10, [redacted]. I printed the eGift card upon receiving it and had it on hand at home. On August 31, I tried to use the eGift card at the Home Depot in Dover, DE to buy a toilet with installation. I was surprised to find out that the card had a ZERO balance. Even after verifying in the store through the bar code and manually entering the card number, it remained at ZERO. I had to pay for the toilet/installation with my VISA card. Upon checking the Home Depot website, it also showed a ZERO balance. I reached out to Newegg via chat, provided scans of their emails and the eGift card printout, but no one followed up. When I called after ten days, they informed me the card was used on August 18, [redacted], but couldn't provide details on where it was used. I never visited Home Depot on that day or for many months. Newegg couldn't offer further assistance and directed me to Home Depot, who indicated Newegg should take responsibility. I believe my card was compromised, and Newegg should reimburse me the $[redacted].
