In November we ordered the Runiq watch, it broke and the main button on the side stopped working. We returned it and purchased the watch again in January, and now this watch will not charge. I would like to find out if I can get this fixed or if I should pursue other smart watch companies.
I trust that New Balance will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
