I tried to activate my new netspend debit card and it won't let me. It says it doesn't know it. I told them it may be the password, as I use * and may have used the wrong one but they keep telling me to send in $*. on a card and I do not possess a card. i just asked them to try both passwords to see if that is the problem but they want $*. If I don't get a response, I guess I won't be able to use it. I'ts up to you. Do you want a good customer or not? Thanks, Carol Donohue Please respond!
