I just discovered that your streaming service is removing several highly popular television shows, and I am very disappointed. Although I understand I don't have a say in these decisions, I am a daily user who enjoys watching shows like The Office, Riverdale, and Friends on your platform. The removal of these three extremely popular shows has upset me. It's disappointing, Netflix.

I have noticed additional charges on my billing statements beyond my streaming and DVD fees since January. Despite contacting customer service, the charges do not appear on my account, and the only suggestion was to dispute the charges with my credit card company, which is challenging as I am unsure of the correct amount. I am seeking a solution to prevent these unauthorized charges from reoccurring without having to cancel my account.

I would like to request the addition of several shows to Netflix to enhance my viewing experience. Here are the shows I am interested in seeing on Netflix: 1. "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" and "The Suite Life on Deck" 2. "Hannah Montana" 3. "Good Luck Charlie" 4. "iCarly" 5. "Wizards of Waverly Place" 6. "That's So Raven" 7. "Victorious" I believe that adding these shows would attract viewers of all ages. Many college students and young adults would appreciate the opportunity to watch these nostalgic shows. By including these and other programs that appeal to young adults, Netflix could potentially increase its subscriptions and retain existing customers. Thank you for considering my suggestions.

I've had a standard Netflix account since [redacted], paying $7.99 per month. Recently, the price has increased to $13.99, and after speaking with Ana at the customer service number provided, I was given conflicting information about the pricing. Despite being located in Canada, the amount quoted varied during the call, and I was told I would have to pay the higher price. I am requesting a reasonable increase in line with previous agreements and am willing to provide screenshots of my billing and the price increase notification. I hope for a resolution soon.

I am writing on behalf of Michael Riley, for whom I hold Power of Attorney. Recently, I discovered he has been making monthly payments to your company. Michael has been in a nursing home for about two years and has no memory of signing up with you. He may have done so in the past, but he wouldn't recall. I have spoken to the bank, and they informed me that only your company can cancel this debit. Michael has been paying for a service he hasn't used for at least two years. I would like to request a show. I have been friends with my group for about 6 years, and we have videos showcasing our daily adventures such as partying, trying our hands at various experiences, and documenting friends in the army. Recently, I found out I am bipolar, which led to a week-long stay in the mental health unit of the hospital. Despite the ups and downs, we believe our lives are captivating and worthy of a show. We have faced challenges like our best friend's recent overdose, and we believe our story of experiences, mistakes, and life lessons will resonate with viewers. To whom it may concern, We've been facing issues accessing Netflix for the past three months despite reaching out to tech support multiple times. Unfortunately, the problem persists unresolved. Hello, I recently began using the Netflix app. As far as I know, there is supposed to be a one-month free trial before starting monthly payments. When I tried to sign up, I was asked to make a payment. I thought it was part of the free trial process. However, after a day, I received an error message stating that my account was on hold due to a problem with my last payment. I made the necessary updates to my account as requested, but I was charged twice, totaling $17.98 ($7.99 and $9.99). I have attached my debit alerts for both transactions. I apologize for the email address confusion. Previously, we used [redacted] for Netflix with Direct TV. Currently, with Dish Network, we are using [redacted] for Netflix under Bonnie Manear. Despite making changes with customer support to prevent any issues, it seems the email addresses have become mixed up. I am receiving emails from Netflix indicating logins from various locations like Lima, Peru; Hanoi, Vietnam; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Quang Ngai, Vietnam. Hello, I created a Netflix account in May [redacted] in India via my Android phone. I've been unable to access my account since May 27th. I received emails about changing my email address, which I did not request. I've had no luck contacting Netflix via email or online chat, and they've charged me for June and July despite my inability to use the service. This situation is unacceptable. I have observed that Globe has been charging my Globe Postpaid Account No. [redacted] PhP330.36 for Netflix, a service I did not subscribe to, for the last 3 months. I did not review my bill in the past 3 months and only realized the issue when I was billed over PhP1,[redacted]. Globe advised me to unsubscribe via the Netflix app, but since I never signed up, I lack the necessary credentials. I am reaching out to request Netflix to cease charging my Globe Postpaid Account. I am unsure how the subscription to Netflix was initiated on my account. My cellphone's screen is locked, limiting access to only me. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter, ensuring no further Netflix charges appear on my upcoming Globe Statement of Account.

This morning, I noticed a charge on my credit card from NETFLIX.com, even though I canceled my membership a month and a half ago. Curious, I tried to log in using my email, only to find out I couldn't access my account without paying again. Despite this, I proceeded to pay to test if I could log in due to the morning transaction. Unfortunately, I was charged again. It seems the morning transaction was in error because I hadn't used Netflix until trying to sign in out of curiosity, leading me to the canceled membership message. I'm requesting a refund for one of the charges, as I willingly paid for one but the other appeared to be an unknown error.

I recently received an email stating that my login information was changed without my knowledge or consent. After attempting to reset my password, I was unable to access my account as it said it didn't exist. I then tried the "forgot my details" option but still had no luck accessing my account. My subscription was just renewed recently, and I was able to use Netflix yesterday morning without any issues. I recently noticed a double charge on my Netflix bill for July through August. After speaking with customer service, I requested a refund of the overcharged amount. Although they removed one charge as requested, my account was canceled, leaving the second charge for the current month untouched. Now, if I wish to resume my membership, I would have to be double charged again for the same period. This situation feels like extortion and fraud on Netflix's part. It's disappointing to see a company resort to such practices. Despite this, karma always comes around. Hopefully, Netflix will rectify this situation. Thank you.

I have already spoken to customer service about a problem with my subscription being canceled without my consent. My money is being refunded, but this unauthorized action is unacceptable. I am planning to pursue legal action and make this issue public. I just want what I paid for and the services I am owed. Review on a Netflix series, "Another Life". I typically don't do this, but I must give this series a resounding thumbs down. Reasons for my rating: 1- Hard to follow 2- Excessive profanity used unnecessarily 3- Unrealistic portrayal. As a scientist and retired military officer with expertise in space science, I find the team's behavior completely unrealistic. In my professional opinion, none of them would meet the requirements for crew selection. Please convey my feedback to the programming team on my behalf. Maybe in another life, this series will get it right... but not in this one. M.E. Downey
