Hello,*I recently started using the Netflix app, based on my understanding of the App, you get a one month free trial before subscribing for monthly payment.**While trying to register I was prompted to make a payment which I did hoping it will be a continuation from my few trial.. however after a day, an error message which read “your account is on hold because of problem with your last payment” popped up requesting that I make some account updates which I did, therefore I was debited twice to a tune of $**.**( *.** and *.**) **Please see attached my debit alerts for both transactions.**Kindly advise on how I can be refunded and please assist with rectifying this issue. I’m available to provide more information if the need arises. Thank you
