If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Hi, my name is Lucy jones I have a Netflix account with you (*****@***.com), I recently updated my tv and Netflix has now sent me back to restarting my membership, I have put all my details and card details in but it is not accepting my card for some reason but a payment of £*.** was taking out of my account about * weeks ago for my subscription so I do not understand why it is not accepting my card at this time, also my plan is the £*.** basic one but you are taking out £*.** of my account. Could you please get back to me ASAP please to resolve this problem. Thanks
