So I resigned up for Netflix Feb ** and today is March **th at *:** I just had finished up watching a movie, then go to pick another to find out that I need to pay I am fully aware that today is the payment date. I am a little angry that the factor that Netflix would not wait til the end of the **th Ive paid for a month so why don't I get the day at least. Last month I was doubled charged and I was told that there was an issue and that Netflix wasn't sure when it would be fixed but that **.** hasn't been returned yet.
GetHuman-justmacf did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
