hi my Netflix account was on hold on the **th as it said I hadn't paid so I paid my *.** on the **th of feb and everything was fine. then yous have taken a payment on the **th also whivh took the money out my account and left me overdrawn for another bill. really not happy customer. I hope this is a mistake and need the money back in my account as I am overdrawn and will receive bank charge, threw no faukt of my own.
