Hello - I have no idea how, but somehow I’ve been paying a Netflix fee out of my bank every month for ** years and I’ve NEVER even used the account. I don’t know what email or anything. All I know is that is comes out of my bank and I need to cancel it once and for all. I’ve tried to contact you in the past and I never heard anything back. HOW CAN I FIX THIS ASAP PLEASE? My name is Gabrielle or Gabby Francis - bank is Santander. Please tell me what info you need in order to cancel this? Like I said, I never signed up to this so I am mortified by the amount of money I have spent with you and not even had an account to log into!
