I downgraded my service and I was billed correctly in January at *.** however February I was put back up to **.**!*I want my money the extra wrongly charged refunded to my MasterCard please. I hope I was not intention charged the higher amount by you hoping I would not notice. This act if billing me the higher amount in February makes me not trust the Netflix company, I shouldn’t have to check my bills to make sure you didn’t overcharge. I would like to be compensated for this error my frustration and time in this matter by a free month as well as the extra *.** charge. *Thank you kindly *Suzanne Brna
