I am late on this due to extreme GI surgery. Meant to write months ago. I already have a Nexflix account -- non-streaming -- and have had it for years. Must get * disks (unwatched) in the mail pronto. Several mos ago, I purchased FIOS. That came with the bonus of Netflix and a streaming plan. I do NOT need two plans and only need the streaming. I should not have been billed when FIOS instituted the second Nexflix plan. Can you refund me and transfer my queue to the one provided by FIOS offered free for, I think, a year? I can provide med certification to prove I was unable to contact you.
