I have recently moved and set up a new phone and NBN service with my new phone account also showing a Netflix charge of **.** which I do not have. I need to cancel this service as I do not use this account nor have I set it up. I have an online password for my account which is for the larger package at **.**. Please cancel this account and credit back the **.**. Did not set this up.
