The issue in GetHuman-alexdeal's own words
I have the premium plan and somehow the DVD plan was added to my account and I have never used that plan and money was taken off my debit card. When I called my debit card they told me there was a hold for Netflix and my Netflix is currently suspended due to non-payment. I want either my money back for the charges of the DVD plan since I have not used it or my Netflix turned back on due to me being using the DVD plan.
GetHuman-alexdeal did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
