Your issue is: I was paying through Globe telecom. I am paying every **th of the month including netflix subscription. Yesterday I receive a message that My account is on hold due to previous payment With this, I cannot view any movie at all...This concers my July ** payment. With this, I manage to change mode of payment from globe telecom to my credit card. So, my credit card paid the july ** payment due but looking again the payment transaction now, Globe Telecom has paid it too. So * payments made for the July ** due.Can the succeeding payment be waived as * advance payment has been made? Please help. Thanks
