No problem. I want this to go to a supervisor because it means a lot and I hope the individual working for that helped me gets the recognition. **Here is my experience:*Celso G was awesome! He answered all of my questions and waited as I upgraded to make sure everything looked correct. He was literally the best experience I have had with Customer Service since I have been with you guys. This guy deserves recognition. I hope you give it to him because being in customer service, it is definitely an amazing feeling have someone email it or write a review and getting recognition from the hire ups. Being in customer service is a whole lot of negative so the little positive that we get, goes a long way.
