You'll be taken to the "What Can We Help With" page. Choose a Nest product and describe your problem to start getting support.
Use the dropdown menu to see the list of Nest devices you'd like help with. Select the product and go to the next step.
For example, we'll use Nest Secure as our device. Select Nest Secure.
Enter the issues you're having with your Nest Secure device in the Tell us what we can help with the field.
For example, you want to know how to customize the Nest Secure device. Enter "how to customize Nest Secure".
You'll find a list of options to best describe your issue. Select the best option. In this example, we'll choose General Inquiry.
In the next step, you'll see a list of resources about your Nest device. If you see the resolution in the Resources page, click on it. If you don't find what you're looking for, click Next Step.
You can select this option if you don't find the information you're looking for. Do you want to get a call from Google or do you want to message a Google Advisor? Your choice. In this example, we will select Get a Call.
You'll need to provide Google with your personal information. Enter your first and last name, email address, phone number, the region you're from and the issue you're having.
Wait for Google to call you.
Use this option if you don't want Google to call you. You'll be taken to another page if you select Message a Google Advisor.
Enter your name and email address, and describe your issue.
Follow the on-screen instructions on how to get Support with your Google Nest device.
If you need more help, go back to the Support page, scroll down and tap Post to the help community.
You can search for the device you'd like support with or browse the product forums. You can also join a conversation or browse posts.
