The screen on my Google Nest thermostat went black. It had a message to disconnect from the base and reconnect it. When I did it tried to reboot but failed. I disconnected again and it gave me a message to connect to the base. I did and it gave me a message to disconnect and reconnect. It acted like it had not battery charge. It charged it overnight with a usb cable. The results are the same, disconnect and reconnect. Screen then goes black.
GetHuman4271992 did not yet indicate what Nest should do to make this right.
