The issue in GetHuman-zenpets's own words
found I was paying more than current rates for the service i had signed up for. Then when I switched to a lower tier of service, rep failed to mention that they would still charge for * weeks at the higher rate. I was told I would get * months free for troubles I. had been having with the service. That never happened. notonly was my membership cancled about a week into the month I had paid $** (ish) for, but I had another charge of $** something dollars immediately afterward? I spent an hour on the phone * days ago and an hour on the phone * days ago to try to save money by lowering service and they basically stole about $** from me. I tried to call in yesterday and was on hold for ** minutes and had to go to bed. I hate their customer service, their phone lines are cheap VOIP and the sound quality sucked for both hours that I strugged to communicate with their reps. They are a terrrible company and I will just drop them and do a chargeback for services not receive because this is not the "service" I agreed to.
GetHuman-zenpets did not yet indicate what Nest should do to make this right.
