We have the Nest thermostat. I am the owner of the account. I am away from home every week day from approx *am to *pm. My husband is retired* he may be home during the day or may be gone. He is set up as a family member with the Home*Away Assist. Within the past three weeks the thermostat stopped changing to away when he left the house. We both have deleted and reinstalled the account. Now we cannot get his phone to sinc with mine. His location is enabled on his phone, but my phone shows his phone off. What do we need to do?
