Disable Away Mode. Eco temperatures, use my air conditioning ... Nest thermostat keeps on putting itself into away more, and activating eco temp, nest was linked to cell phone, and google assistant, google home, chamberlain myq, all partner programs since unlinked, unlinked all phones, turned off motion sensor turned off eco temps, nest continues to enter away mode and set temp to ** it is ** degrees in the house and it will not cool properly since it only stays on for an hour before going back into away mode spoke with agent around **pm was on hold for more than an hour used get human to get rep but rep kept asking to hold on and repeat myself go no where quick, tried chatting * times last night but queues where so long that i ended up doing other things and when i finally got an agent i was on another screen and they closed chat for no response
people don't have * hours or * hours to wait on phone or with chat, people don't like to have agents who can't keep up with them or keep on repeating or asking to hold on, people don't like to ask for a supervisor and never get them
remotely setting my nest, replacing the nest something to make it work
almost * years, october *, ****, better service, less problems for something that claims to be smart,
Already tried calling RTFM, I believe it set this thing up well but just wont work,
