Order ********* was placed by mistake, and sent to the White Plains store for pickup. I called customer service and they said that it was received at the store yesterday. I asked to cancel the order so I wouldn't have to pick it up just to return it, but the representative said she had to connect me directly to the store to have them return it. When I spoke to the person at the store, she said customer service has to send an email to the store to request the return. I had to call customer service back, but after being on hold for ** minutes, I had to get back to work. Can you please resolve this for me? Thank you.
