Very interesting. I notice my *nd attempt to tell my fix came out with the same mistake. Here it is. I needed to speak to a human to solve my proplem. I reached the human by hitting zero at the end of every robo question until a representative picked up the phone. My problem was fixed.

I'm trying to go paperless. I don't have log in. The questions I answered must have been "wrong" as I was locked out. They asked about a person in my family..my dead ex husband and son have the same name as printed in the question?!!*Why can't I use my policy * to go paperless or how do I get my log on set up. Very disappointing a human being can't be called!
