Hi. This email has been copied and saved for record. I spoke to someone on the phone about my incredibly high energy bill and after getting nowhere, I spoke to my landlord, another employee, and a friend who runs meters in a different region. I found out your company didn't do a proper reading and estimated my cost. A. I live in a *** Sq. Ft. apartment and my landlord said that my bill should not cost *** and it was never that high. she said ***-*** was about the highest in the winter and my price I received costs more than an entire home. B. I would like a new reading and I will not pay that bill until this is resolved. Also, please double check that the bill is strictly starting at Nov*, ****. I will not be taking care of the prior tenants debt. *Lindsay
