National Grid sent him to the Bradley residence, ** Kelton Court, Albany, NY this morning, ****, to address an electrical issue (power outage). My wife and I observed that Kyle arrived soon after we called National Grid, and he handled the issue perfectly and professionally. He was polite and courteous, and he restored our full service and got everything working properly. We were so impressed that I wanted to let you know how fortunate your Company is to have him as your employee. We’re grateful to Kyle and to National Grid for sending him.
