NAB, this is a info copy, please read.*"Melissa B.*Customer Success Manager at RentalCover.com.*This situation of the payment is getting out of hand, I have decided to start afresh with the emails to and fro, as they are so many now and getting confusing! *I refer to your last email to me, dated ** June ****, I have made a copy of the main text, which is shown below.*"Dear Anthony,*Thank you for your email.*The attached document serves as proof that the amount has been transferred into your bank account.*Kindly contact your bank and send them a copy of the document as proof of payment from us.*Thank you."*Melissa B.*Customer Success Manager at RentalCover.com."**So I contacted CBA as you said, below is a copy of what I told them, with a attached copy of the receipt of the funds transfer. along with their answer to me!**"Dear Sir*Madam, I have been searching for a way to send you a message and this seems to be the only way where I can attach a copy of a receipt from NAB to my CBA Smart Access, account number **** ****. I had an insurance payout from RentalCover.com of $*,***.** from their NAB account. It was some time ago, when I told Rental Cover it is not in my account, they informed me to contact CBA and show you a copy of the receipt. So I am attaching a copy of it here.
