Help with my NameCheap.com issue

Pay for a couple domains, create account, have my domains added to the account once unblocked! ... Locked out accounts(S), need help transfering my list of Domains over to one account. **Need the account UNBLOCK! *Need a Real Live Rep.
All my accounts were locked the **** out! Frustrating I kept making new accounts to access the system, but my domains are lost under blocked out accounts.*LD*Donaldson*User id for all accounts: L*Wholesalers**
Is this website even legitimate, where's the live agents out side of list if personal questions, unlock my accounts!
I'm not a customer because I can't purchase my product for my company!
They don't have aohine line Which they should Always have for people who are less savvy with Computers, to walk the customer Through! This is a business well it should be a business for all.
