My controller and remote to my shield TV **** has lost Bluetooth connectivity and will not reconnect so I can do anything not even upgrade my shield and even when I had in external hard drive hooked to it at times it would knock it off to where it didn't recognize things I had downloaded on the hard drive and we'll go back to default so I had to restart my shield half the time what do I do and could I send it back to be repaired and how much would it cost if so if you can't figure out anything to do with it currently
GetHuman-jikamo did not yet indicate what NVIDIA should do to make this right.
