My phone is not activating. My name is Linda J. Poole ***-***-****. I transferred this number to a new SIM card yesterday by using my older phone. The Sim card I attempted to transfer is an Apple I phone *s and that number is *************** I did this transfer at around * :** pm yesterday, and at around ten am this morning I only got a message that says "It may take a few minutes to activate your phone." And a circle above that going round and round, still doing that right now, as I type this message.
I trust that NET 10 will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
