I placed an order ( *******-*******-*******) on **th September. Due to size issues, I placed an exchange order for the same item. The exchange order ( *******-*******-*******) was supposed to be delivered by **th September. It did not arrive at time, I was informed about a delay of *-* days. It was still not delivered. I finally placed a call and informed about the issue to your customer care executive. I was told I will receive updates regarding the delivery date of the order by **th October. Right after the call was ended, I received an email saying my exchange order has been cancelled. Since I was not offered a solution to my problem, I hereby request an immediate refund for the order. Please come and collect the delivered product and issue the refund. Do not drag the issue any further. It's already been a while.
