Movie Pass has not allowed my husband or I (both customer's with a year's pre-paid subscription) to see ANY movie in over a month. Checking in the early morning shows one or possibly two options, but after midday "No further screenings are available." Regardless of which theatre we try. *This is theft of our subscription fee for product not delivered as promised.**Our subscription is worthless, and we would like a refund of our money!
GetHuman-ckidjb did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
