I had to do a hard reset on my phone, after the reset I downloaded the Movie Pass app. After the download, it said it was an unrecognized device and said if I installed it I would be blocked from Moviepass. Because of not having the app installed the only way to get assistance was phone support. I attempted to call three times a day for * weeks to get assistance. I finally got a response from Facebook. Because I was unable to get support for * weeks I would like a credit for the month I couldn't use your service.
GetHuman1032627 did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
