I have cancelled my MoviePass on Aug. **th, and my account shows inactive on Aug. **th. However, I was still charged by $*.** on Aug. **th with my MoviePass unavailable to use. Please either make my Movie Pass available to use until Sep. ** since you've charged or refund the charge. Thanks.
My movie pass account currently still in inactive status and cannot log in.
GetHuman-sisiwor did not yet indicate what MoviePass should do to make this right.
I've been used MoviePass for * months.

How GetHuman-sisiwor fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-sisiwor to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
